I understand you are not able to print due to this error on the printer.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead
If the error persists, this is a hardware failure either with the printhead or the printer itself. As the printer is out of warranty you are anot able to reach a live agent from technical support and for the same reason we cannot guarantee if replacing the printhead will resolve this issue. You may do so at your own discretion.
The printheads will come with setup ink cartridges that are required to initialize the printer. You cannot use the regular ink cartridge in a new printhead unless it is initialized.
