Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just changed my ISP and am having trouble reconnecting my 8610 on wifi. It worked perfectly on my previous router but refuses to log on to the new one suggesting that there is a MAC Address problem.

I even tried the WPS pairing method but that failed too.

I tried HP support but they wouldn't recognize my credit card.

HP Ink will soon be complaining they can't check my useage
