False ADF Paper Jam Error

Hello. I have cleared the paper jam out of the ADF and there is still an error message. I have turned it off, back on, unplugged it. I don't know what else I can do. Please advise. Thank you.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
