Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

This is the message I keep getting,

 

The original is jammed in the document feeder. Open the cover, remove and reload the original and then try again.

 

I am so frustrated... there is no paper to jam... I've opened, cleaned it, unplugged for several minutes etc etc... Missing deadlines.  It's 1:35AM EST time and need to present at 9am.  This is not right.  

 

What else is there to do.  My warranty has expired.  I have a faithful HP purchaser for decades.  PLEASE HELP.
