Product: Color Laser Pro HP MFP M477FDN
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I tried using a cleaning sheet through the by-pass following the manufacturer's instructions.  The cleaning sheet got stuck.  It didn't end up in the back panel but above the paper tray.  When I removed the paper tray and pressed the green button to remove the jam, the panel above the paper tray came down and I removed the cleaning sheet. 

I'm still getting a message that there is a jam in print paper path (back of the machine), but there isn't.  I've turned the machine off to clear the message,  but the message was still there.

What should I do?
