Example: Officejet Pro 8600

Aloha, I'm working with an Officejet Pro 8600 with one paper tray (wireless connection) that continues to say

"Remove the rear access panel or automatic two-sided printing accessory from the back of the printer, and then clear any paper. If required, open the front cover or ink cartridge access door and clear any paper." 

I've tried everything I can find to try online but the printer won't reset. I don't see any paper. One sheet was jammed, I removed it.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Paper Jam Error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
