HP OfficeJet 250 Mobile All-in-One Printer

I'm having two problems. 

 

I bought my new HP OfficeJet a couple of weeks ago. I had no problems setting it up and it has been plugged into power the entire time. Recently, the battery light starting flashing orange. After I printed a document, a notice appeared on the screen that says "The battery is faulty and must be replaced". I tried plugging it into the wall instead of a surge protector - didn't help. I tried taking the battery out, waiting, and putting it back in again - didn't help. I tried updating the firmware - didn't help.

 

When I try to submit a support ticket for this by following the "Contact HP" link, I fill out all of the required fields on the form, and then press the Submit button, and nothing happens. I have tried all three contact methods (chat, call, get a call) and none of them work.
