My OfficeJet Pro 6975 had been working great. Then the other day when printing a few documents the ink looked like it was running out because the printing was uneven. Upon further inspection there is still plenty of ink. Now the printer won't print any black ink. I've tried updating, cleaning the cartridge, cleaning printheads with zero luck. I think the cartridge must be faulty. I read that there is a warranty on ink cartridges and this cartridge is still within the warranty date. How do I go about getting it replaced or what other ways are there to possibly fix this.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue. And, yes the cartridge will be covered under warranty.
