My hp instant ink account tells me that I have plenty of ink left but my colour ink is faulty as it is not printing out the yellow causing the colours of my printing to come out wrong. How can I request a replacement of my faulty cartridge. I have carried out the diagnostics and the yellow is missing on the print outs.

I understand the print quality is not satisfactory. Kindly perform steps 10 and 12 from this document to resolve print quality issues on the printer.
If the issue persists, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
