When trying to use the fax, I receive this message: Fax hardware is either missing or not seated press ok to continue.
I've always been able to use the fax with no problems and this just started about three month ago.

What's required for me to fix this fax issue?

As I search HP's community forum, Google, and YouTube - this is a known issue with mention on what's required for fixing this problem. By reading what someone is able to find, this fax issue is a ploy by HP so customers have to spend money with a printer repair tech = GTFOH and give the customers the resolution on how to fix this problem!!

Message to all HP tech's/support:

No I cannot run a fax diagnostic = so do not waste my time with asking me to run a diagnostic test.

This is a problem and it needs to be addressed ASAP
