Product: Deskjet 2622
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP 2622 that when I click "print" it goes to the "save" page. I am trying to print from a file on my computer, Apache Open office or file in Adobe. I have not made any changes to the computer or printer. This is very frustrating. Please any input is appreciated.

Hi

Go to control panel and choose that printer as default. If this dont help, try to reinstal printer driver.

Thanks for replying. As far as I can tell it is set as default. I go to Control Panel>Printers, says "Default, app is available for this device". I already have the app, so not sure why it says that. It shows it as a HP DC2600  series PCL 3 (Network). There is 2 others showing HP DC 2600, HP  DC 2600 series PCL3.

Mate, PCL3 is from 1984 year driver. Soemthing is wrong, download new drive and isntal. Also, try 2 other apps, put as default and try to print, if not, replace that driver.

Drivee,

PCL was developed in 1984, my driver nor printer is that old! My HP app says the driver is up to date.

Anyone else out there that can help. It's got to be a setting somewhere that is set wrong.
