I just bought a brand new HP OfficeJet 3830. I connected it and downloaded the software on my computer. It can scan, copy, and print alignment from my computer when I tap print alignment page, But it will not print ANYTHING ELSE (like the actual documents I need to print) as it says "stopped - filter failed." It wouldn't even let me print the test page after downloading setup on my computer because of the filter failure...Any idea how to resolve this or what this even means? I have restarted, reconnected to wifi, and re downloaded and connected to my computer...

Which version of OS are you using?

How is the printer connected?
