Since last week my printer cannot connect to ePrintCenter anymore and it appeared a blue screen with error code B8A2F2E8 on its display: there is no way to do anything except plug out the CA cable and then plug in back. This is the first time I experience something like that. The printer is plugged via LAN to my home network and no issue is detected either from HP Support Assistant and HP Print & Scan Doctor. I use the full driver package and no issue was ever encountered since then. The odd thing is that either the printer integrated web server as well as the HP Smart web server shows that ePrint sercice is up running, while on the display of the printer itself states that it is NOT connected. What is going on? How can I fix it? Each time the ble screen appears on the printer's display it is stucked at all in the same way the blue screen appears on Windows (which it never occured on my home PC). Thank you in advance for any help you can provide me.Immagine 2021-07-09 091218.pngImmagine 2021-07-09 092039.png
