Product: HP Envy 5660 e-All-In-One Printer series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Printer firmware appears to have been updated (version NLM5CN2023AR). Home Screen on printer has changed; missing Page Icon.  Full document does not fit on page when printing from web (e.g. "E-Statements").  Unable to resolve via Preferences or restore printer defaults.
