Hi Folks

 

Printer stopped working after a power outage. Gave an 'incorrect shutdown' message then stopped communicating.

If you choose to buy a new printer that would be a smarter and cheaper choice then getting your old printer repaired.

Getting printhead to have good print quality after 3 years of not being used is close to mission impossible.

Thanks for your reply. Is the print head replaceable at reasonable cost or should I ditch the printer?
