Hi @JPr19
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It seems like you've already taken some basic troubleshooting steps, such as replacing cartridges and cleaning the printhead. However, the issue persists. Here are some additional steps you can try.
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Check if the issue is resolved.
Update Firmware:
- Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Visit the HP website and download the latest firmware for your printer model.
Check Cartridge Installation:
- Make sure all cartridges are securely and correctly installed. Remove and reinsert them to ensure proper contact.
Check for Ink System Issues:
- Some printers have an ink system that includes tubes and reservoirs. Check for any leaks or clogs in the ink system.
Run Printer Diagnostics:
- Many printers have a built-in diagnostic or cleaning function. Consult your printer manual to find out how to run these tests.
Check for Software Issues:
- Ensure that your printer software on the computer is correctly installed and up-to-date. If necessary, uninstall and reinstall the printer software.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
