Hi the orange light is flashing on my HP DeskJet 3700 the app is showing me that the cartridges are needing cleaned or put in properly. I think they are maybe quite low in ink but cannot get them to send me ink until this is sorted out. Iv tried cleaning but no luck. And are inserted properly. I cannot get a hold of anyone if I call only have virtual agent which is a waste of time and they are still charging me for ink monthly. Any help would be much appreciated
