Hi, I am getting these two errors when trying to print - the first hightlighted with the arrow, is flashing, it looks like an 'ink' warning, but there is no mention of this symbol in the instructions!!?? and the ink has not run out.  Secondly, the 'i' button is red - not flashing, just red, again, there is no information on this in the troubleshooting instructions.  Please help, before this printer is consigned to the bin!! Thank you. 🙂
