Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, my printer does not print double sided with "flip long edge", it only prints with flip short edge no matter what setting I choose, both directly from windows 10 and from the HP Smart app on Windows 10. It seems like this is an old problem. Please do not suggest that I uninstall and re-install/download stuff. You have had this problem for years, please fix it at the source. How hard can it be to make it work with the driver that Windows automatically gives me!
