From France to Taiwan to Switzerland

Hi, few years ago I moved fro, France to Taiwan. There I had an issue regarding cartridge compatibilities. I got the information how to change the country zone, and the problem was solved. Now, I moved back to Europe in Switzerland and I have the same issue regarding cartridge compatibilities. Unfortunately, I do not remember what is the sequence to do to change the zone in the printer. Can you help me here? Thanks in advance. Regards.

Hi; if nobody can help me to know or refresh my mind on how to proceed, maybe you can help me to contact HP support directly? Thanks in advance for your help. Right now; I cannot do nothing with my HP Envy 4500 😞

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue. 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
