Why can't anyone from HP give a solution that actually helps? People continue to ask the same questions about their printer freezing and every answer is the same, which doesn't work. It would be more intelligent and helpful of you to tell us to buy a new printer instead of repeating the steps that don't work. An actual solution to this problem is what you should be telling us. Clearly their is some issue with your printers doing this as everyone states their computer was in fine working condition and then this happens. How do you explain that? Please answer with some actual solutions. Thank you.
