After my printer wouldn’t print, I reset it (and my router) 2x. After this didn’t work, I tried unplugging the printer for 5 minutes. When I plugged it back in, the printer was frozen and has a solid amber light in the paper input slot and in the ink tray button. The power off button doesn’t do anything and it seems stuck in this state even after a few more unplugs. According to my HP app, my warranty expired last month. The online guides don’t say anything about a solid amber light here. Any help would be greatly appreciated or I guess I go back to Canon.
