Product: HP Deskjet 3520 all-in-one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer does not print black anymore. I replaced the cartrdige with a new (original HP) one, but it still doesn't work.

 

What I already did:

- reset the device

- updated drivers and firmware

- clean the printheads

The HP program tells me the cartridge is full.

 

Can anybody help me with this problem?

HP Recommended

The black printhead is most likely blocked with dried ink.

Youtube has many vids on cleaning the printhead manually.
