My issue is my printer got fried in a power surge during some bad storms . I got a rep on the line to help me get a replacement it’s covered under my purchase . So we through the steps verification address then he tells me he needs to send a verification email to make sure I m gonna send the old printer back and will I be using a visa or master card and the system proceed to keep debiting my account $1.00 after $1.00 like ten times and then he tells me it must be a system technical issue because it wouldn’t allow him to verify etc .. does this happen or was this worker scamming
