Product: Samsung ProXpress C4060FX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Good day everyone. As a completely inexperienced user of this printer, it's just after 2 months from purchase and now with a break down. A code as U1-2320 is showed on the screen. Already tried to cool down and check paper jams, but neither of them worked. Spent a week from Monday to Friday to call Warranty service, the only answer we've got is "our technician is not available at this moment, we'll contact you later."

Super overwhelmed with a whole week lack of printing materials for the whole office. What should I do to address this problem
? Really need your advice.
