Hi @Maraara,

Thank you for providing your printer and computer details! 😊

The sheet you received with the text:

GET /DevMgmt/ProductStatusDyn.xml HTTP/1.1 HOST:localhost

is not an error, but a print of a network or device status request. This sometimes happens after system updates when the printer or computer misinterprets a network or print command.

Here’s how to resolve it:

1. Power Reset the Printer

Turn off the printer.

Unplug it from the power outlet for 60 seconds.

Plug it back in and turn it on.

2. Update Printer Firmware

Open HP Smart or go to your printer’s control panel.

Navigate to Setup → Printer Maintenance → Update the Printer.

Install any available updates.

3. Remove and Reinstall the Printer on Windows

Open Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners.

Select your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e and click Remove device.

Re-add the printer using Add a printer or scanner.

4. Print a Test Page

After performing the steps above, print a test page to ensure the printer is back to normal.

These steps should stop the printer from printing network status codes.

I hope this helps.
