GRINDING HI PITCH NOISE WHEN PRINTING

I have a M477fdw printer.  When printing it makes a grinding high pitch noise.  Its only a little over a year.

Hope you are well,  please try to check if the issue happens from a cartridge roller by performing the following simple test:

turn off the printer,  take out the cartridges, take out the tray cassette 2, then turn on the printer. 

check if the noise happens. to verify if issue happens even without any accessory inside the printer.

if no noise while having tray 2 and cartridges out, install one by one the accessories by turning the printer on and off until get the one causing the noise.

Please make sure the printer is connected directly to a wall outlet for electricity source.

it is recommended to contact HP tech support or take the printer to an authorized service provider for an Onsite inspection.
