Printing blank pages, so I cleaned print head but getting error message that print head needs replacing.  This model office jet pro 6968 doesn't have a removable print head.  Is the problem fixable or do I need a new printer?.

If you have stock ink cartridges for that printer, then it might be worth repairing, in other cases it's better ( cheaper) to get a new printer.
