I'm getting an error message on my cartridge. I've been through all the trouble shooting and still no luck. The next thing is to replace the cartridge but I'm on the instant ink package which says a new cartridge cannot be sent until the error is resolved. How do I get an replacement cartridge to try and rectify the problem?
