Hi when the printer runs out of paper and I have reloaded it, the printer is good but when I try to print my computer is still saying it is out of paper. How can I resolve this please?

Start here

HP OfficeJet Pro 9110, 9120, 9130 Printers - 'Out of Paper' displays, printer does not pick up paper

 

If you have not done so,

When there is NOT running a current job,

Load paper into the printer.

Verify the paper size / type on the Printer Control Panel or using EWS.

Reminder Do not skip Step #6

 

If the printer is on the network,

(You can choose to) Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to view / adjust the Tray and Paper settings

 

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Section Paper > Trays > click on Tray to configure

Next  (in addition and as available)

Section Print > Default Print Options > Select default tray
