Hi @Vivien1919,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer's print job!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Verify Google Cloud Print Setup:

  • Google Cloud Print has been deprecated as of December 2020. If you were previously using it, you'll need to switch to another method for cloud printing.
  • You can use alternative cloud services like HP Smart or other third-party mobile printing solutions.

Disconnect Google Cloud Print:

  • If your printer is still trying to use Google Cloud Print, access the printer's web interface or settings panel to disable or remove Google Cloud Print settings.

Check Internet Connection:

  • Ensure your printer is properly connected to the internet if you are attempting cloud printing from alternative services.

Use HP Smart:

  • Download and install the HP Smart app on your device. This app can manage print jobs and handle cloud printing without relying on Google Cloud Print.
  • Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your HP account through the HP Smart app.

Device and Printer Firmware Updates:

  • Check for any updates for your printer's firmware via the HP Support Website to ensure it's functioning with the latest features and security updates.
  • Update the operating system and apps on your device.

Reconfigure Printer to Local Network:

  • If cloud printing is continuously unsuccessful, configure the printer to operate within your local network instead. Go into printer settings to confirm it’s connected to your Wi-Fi without errors.

Clear and Restart Print Queue:

  • Cancel all current print jobs on your printer. Restart the printer and the device you are printing from, attempting to print once more.

Check Security Settings:

  • If there are any particular security settings (in either Google settings or your device settings), ensure they are not obstructing communication between your printer and your device.

I hope this helps.
