 this it the way it prints from quite a while now  ..its gosting the top of the page ... tried to clean everything..no result ..hp laser mfp 179fnw..any ideas ??

Depending on media you may need to adjust the fuser temperature by ensuring the paper type settings match the actual paper. Heavier papers can sap the heat from the fuser resulting in incomplete bonding.  Or your fuser or drum unit are failing.

But if is the fuser should it smudge..i seen that where the fuser it's at fault the tonner/paint doesn't set or cure and its smudges if you touch it ....it doesn't do that
