55 errors are related to the DC controller.  First make sure you have the printer plugged directly into the wall, no surge protectors, extension cords or ups devices should be used. Also make sure that there are no other devices that draw a lot of power like air conditioners or heaters. If when plugged directly into the wall it still will not start, check you tube for instructions on re-starting. If it still does not start, you will need to replace the DC Controller.
