HP 1050a printer allin
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi there everyone,

haven't found any previous threats in this community about my following one (l maybe missed to see it, so far l am sorry if it has been already solved).

We have an old 1050a HP all in printer which is linked to a windows 8.1 sistem. Not a problem at all, since today related to a simple JPG image which resulted printed out with the only boarders regardless of the format chosen. The central part is omitted with a blank-not printed band. Everything looks fine as software (preview shows the whole image), as hardware (no error messages from HP and suitable level of ink). Furthermore if l try to print a word file this operation is perfectly done. I did a test with another saved JPG image and... It gives the same problem...

Any clues?!

Thanks in advance
