HP 1202 laser printer won't turn on

HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202. This unit is 4 years old and has a low volume of printing.

Everything was fine but the other day it failed to power on.

Tried unplugging, a different outlet and even brought it to where it was purchased and they observed the same thing.

I hadn't purchased the extended warranty since I thought I'd never have a problem with HP. It's all good and no complaints. 

I was looking for a schematic but none available for the public. Most repair shops say it's not cost effective to repair.

If I can't fix it, does anyone know if HP may extend even a small credit to purchase a new one.
