HP 3510
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to print 4x6 postcards, my 3510 acts/sounds like it is printing the card, but spits out a blank one. In MS Word I set the paper size to 4x6, I move the paper guide over, inserted the card in portrait orientation, and hit print; the card comes out blank. If I move the paper guide back to the 8.5x11 position, insert a full size paper and hit print, the info prints; if I put the 4x6 card in that position the printer tells me no paper. Help!?

@darjule, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Ensure the print driver settings are set correctly to the loaded paper size and type. Refer to the document HP Printers - Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows) for help. Also, check the paper tray settings on the printer.

Try printing.

Also, help me with the exact error message when you load the 4x6 paper.

Keep me posted.
