HP deskjet 3512 gives me message offline and printer not available (on phone)

HP smart app says diagnose complete with no issues found. I've tried the online troubleshooting that was given without success.  my router is working with laptop connected, I have shut all down and restarted, Anyone have any suggestions?

solved by updating drivers and updating firmware in webpackage for my printer.
