Product: HP 3755 Printer
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

Hello

i am using HP Printer 3755 at home, the Ink was supplied with INK 65.

now i need to refill my INK but the INK 65 is not available in My region (UAE) as per HP Specification the INK 123 can be used gpt Series 37000 and it is available in my Region.

After purchasing INK 123, after installing  it is showing error " incompatible cartridge"

 

do i need to do some setup for new INK 123.

Thanks for support

i contact HP person but he was not able reset from remote, he will arrange to collect it from my place.
