HP 410 Series Printer printing only in Draft Quality

Hi,

My HP 415 Ink Tank is printing only in Draft Quality. Whilst I try to print in Normal or Best Quality, it throws a "Paper Size Mismatch Error". This is quite frustrating. Can someone please help me with this?

Did you properly install the printer? 

Sounds like a driver issue. What size paper are you using? Check the document (or picture) size if it does mach with your actual paper size

I am using A4 paper.  I have removed and re-added printer and software, however, it is of no help. 

Don't know what to do?

Yes, and the paper size in the printer settings is also set to A4.

Does the print stop for a second when printing? Like getting stuck?

It shows the error while dragging the paper and never starts printing. While printing in draft quality it doesn’t stop.

There is one more thing I want to add. When I scan and print a document using HP Smart app on Windows PC or mobile phone it works perfectly fine i.e. able to print in Normal quality without any errors. However, only printing a document without scanning using HP smart app or printing any other way gives a paper mismatch error.

You should check the printers settings under Control Panel, Devices and printers to see if theres no mismatch with paper settings.

Paper Size is correctly set to A4 in printer settings.
