Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,
I'm able to print test files but when it comes to manually printing (word, pdf, images) it gets paused
the resume button light on (orange light) and the print gets paused in the middle
when i click the resume button a blank page comes out
The printer is connected using USB to the computer
its a windows 10 operating system
Sometimes when restarting the printer it's works but usually not.
