Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer prints blank pages. Tried printing from my android phone and from windows 11 computer. Copy from original is working fine. I tried power drainage as suggested, tried cartridge clean, ink levels are high, printer diagnostics page is ok, nothing helps. Everything is coming out blank.

Hi,

Please remove any paper from the input tray, pulll the back tray to the front and push it down to close it, then pull it back up and push it to the back to a lock position, you may find some pictures below:

Move the paper guide to the left, load A4 / Letter paper and align the paper guide to the right toward the paper, then try printing and check for any difference.

 

Please let me know if that may help, an incorrect paper loading may cause such a false paper mismatch which results an empty page.
