HP 4155 "Features has been locked by the administrator"

HP Recommended
HP 4155 All In One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just installed a brand new HP 4155 All In One printer. I went to adjust the settings in the HP Smart app program and almost all of the settings show "This feature has been locked by the administrator". I did not lock this. I need to have these features unlocked. I have tried resetting the wireless settings but it goes back to the same thing. Please help.

@bubble1421, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Let us try these steps:

While the printer is ON, press the "resume" and "color copy" buttons at the same time.

Unplug the power cable while still Holding those buttons.

Plug back in for 20 seconds then release buttons.

Open the ink cartridge access door or at the back of the printer and check for a sticker for a 8 digit password/pin. This will help us to access the printer's EWS page to reset the printer to its factory settings.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
