It used to print OK but recently only a smaller version and not A4

Nothing in the printer set up to correct this.

Hi @Spiderseye,

 I'd like to help!

To better assist you -

1) Does the copy print out the same way?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -Press and hold the Start Copy Color button  on the printer control panel for 3 seconds to print a Print Quality Diagnostic page.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

You may also refer to this document with steps to fix the " Print Quality Issues" issue applicable for your printer -  Print Quality Issues

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi,

I have the same issue as Spiderseye.

Printer had been printing normally and then suddenly started printing my emails in the top left hand corner of an A4 sheet of paper, it prints other documents normally.

There is no issue with print quality.

When I run HP Print and Scan Doctor it comes up with device error detected (device status) but it is printing all other documents normally it's just my Windows Mail emails that are  printing really small in the top left of an A4 sheet.

Please help !

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Keep me posted.

Have you tried logging into your email on the browse and then printing?

May I know the operating system on your computer?

Let me know!

Yes, I can print my email normally from my browser, but I still cannot print normally from Windows Mail, I'm Windows 10, do you think a Windows update may have disrupted something ?

Many thanks for your help !

This seems like a windows mail issue, I recommend you reach the application provider.

Hope this helps!
