HP Recommended

my HP OfficeJet 4630 has an error message that my color printer cartridge is incompatible, but it is an HP product that I have been using for some time and suddenly it’s giving me this error message and won’t let me print. Can anyone help please? I have already tried to unplug it and restart and keep getting the same error message. I tried to contact HP support without success and the hp.com/call me does not work
