HP Recommended

My copier won't copy anything onto the paper.

 

It has new print cartridges, I unplugged from computer and power source to reset.  the scanner slides by with a light on and paper comes out without words. Is it the lamp? or why doesn't it grasp the source is everything else is working

It just prints blank sheets
