HP Deskjet 5820
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to connect HP Deskjet  5820 printer  to new wifi router netgear 6400 dual band (2.4 Ghz + 5 Ghz) using HP desktop app & HP smart app. But for some reason  not able to connect. I am giving proper SSID and Password but still it is showing error of wifi ssid mentioned is not available.

I tried to reset the by pressing wifi + cancel button on that but still not able to connect.

I connected to the EWS page of the printer, but while trying to modify setting it is asking for username and password.

I tried below combination:

1) admin - admin

2) admin -password

3) admin - 12345678

4) admin - (blank password)

5) administrator - password

6) administrator - 12345678

Please help me the right way to conenct to the wifi as well need help to reset the password of EWS so as I can access the page
