Printer won't print.  Worked fine for one year.

Can it print a report using the "front panel" such as shown on page 7 of the users manual?

If not, does it even try?  ie: it tries to move the carriage or a few of the LEDs blink?

If the problem is it cannot print from the PC then try resetting it.

There is also a mechanical reset

1. Press and hold the Information button (i) for 5 seconds until the control panel buttons light up.
2. Press the Wi-Fi button and the Cancel button (X) at the same time for 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi light blinks blue.

The WPS pushbutton method might be easier to use if you have access to the router and it has a "pushbutton"

1. Press and hold the wireless button on the printer for more than least three seconds to start the WPS Push Button method.
2. Press the WPS button on your router.

NOTE: The product begins a timer for approximately two minutes while a wireless connection is established. If the printer connects successfully, the light next to the Wireless button glows steady blue.
