I've gone through all the "virtual assistant": diagnostics and the HP automatic diagnostic thing. The printer still won't print black ink. The Print Quality Diagnostic page continually has the black rectangle empty even though the printed words come out black. I need someone to tell me how to get through to HP to either get a case number, a fix that works, or tell me my printer is not worth saving.
I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue. I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
