HP 6960
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP 6960 printer. I bought a replacement 920XL black cartridge from STAPLES because the other ran out. I have replaced the old cartirdge with the new one multiple times as well as turned off (unplugged printer) twice. I still receive a message that the cartridge (K) to remove and replace correctly but I am doing so! This cartridge is an authentic HP product. I remember signing up and am on the automated ink program from HP and have received shipments (of the multi-pack with all cartridges) but I am always running out of black. This is the first time I have bought a cartridge other than receiving via HP ink service and I do not have the information to contact them. I am wondering how to fix this issue and I wonder if it is HP software looking for reorder that is messing this up. Bottom line -- I need to get my printer to print!! HELP!!

Normally, the Instant Ink program would auto-detect the low ink and ship a replacement cartridge, only when the printer isn't constantly connected to the internet or there are connection issues, is when that doesn't happen.
