Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently my HP 6975 Office Jet started streaking red in large printed areas of blue.  Small items (like titles or very small color-filled areas) do not streak, but banners and such streak all the time now.  My print quality test suggests cleaning the print heads, which I've done about 5 times.  I replaced the cyan cartridge but got the same printed results.  I also tried copying a "good" page but the copy had the streaks (while the original did not).  Other than getting an out-of-warranty printer serviced, is there anything else I should try?

At this point i suggest you contact HP Support in your region for service options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Thank you for the guidance.  After navigating the help system, I find that the printer is out of warranty and there's no chat support for it.  Three separate black cartridges do not cause any black to show up on printed pages.  Cleaning the printhead does not change anything, nor did a power off/unplug/restart of the printer.  Firmware is up to date as of Dec 2020.  It certainly looks to me like the printer needs to be replaced at this point.  Am I drawing the wrong conclusion?
